Refer to The OSO
Address your referral to The OSO (OSO Oral Surgery Ourimbah) and we'll book your patient with the first suitable clinician, or with a specific practitioner if you prefer.
1. Referral pad
Print our referral pad, fill it in and give it to your patient, or email it to admin@osourimbah.com.
2. Email
Send a referral on your own letterhead, addressed to "The OSO", to admin@osourimbah.com. Include any imaging.
3. Phone
Call us on 02 4362 2095, especially for urgent referrals.
What we offer
- Wisdom teeth and surgical extractions
- Oral medicine assessment and biopsy
- Pre-prosthetic bone surgery and frenectomy
- Treatment under local anaesthetic in our rooms, or under general anaesthetic at Brisbane Waters Private or Gosford Private Hospital
What happens next
- We contact your patient within 2 business days.
- Urgent referrals: tick "Urgent" and call us on 02 4362 2095. We'll prioritise them.
- After the consultation we send you a report and keep you updated.
- Imaging: send OPGs and CBCT if you have them, so the patient doesn't need repeat X-rays.
